The Grow project will focus on young people’s ability to engage in an external environment to gain important life skills which will promote sustainability, increase confidence, build teamwork through peer to peer engagement and improve physical and mental well-being, supporting them to reach their full potential.

Grow is an allotment based project where young people will take part and lead in activities, from designing the allotment to building a shed, learning how to grow fruit and vegetables. Young people will develop new skills in landscaping, horticulture, woodwork and up-cycling. Furthermore, this will allow young people to develop their confidence, knowledge, self-esteem, communication skills and teamwork.  There is no other provision of this type within the local area.  This provision is based at Shepperton Allotments, Triton Road, Caldwell, Nuneaton.  To see up to date information, please visit our Facebook page,,
